Vacancy exists for a network administrator in ROSAAB INTERNATIONAL; an environmental brand implementation company.

JOB SUMMARY
Performing routine audits of systems and software
• Performing backups.
• Applying operating system updates, patches, and configuration changes.
• Installing and configuring new hardware and software.
• Adding, removing, or updating user account information, resetting passwords, etc.
• Answering technical queries.
• Responsibility for security.
• Responsibility for documenting the configuration of the system.
• Troubleshooting any reported problems.
• System performance tuning.
• Insuring that the network infrastructure is up and running
REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS
• Must have basic technical skills in IT and Telephone system technical support.

• Understand and monitor the PC Server and Network environment.

• Have previous Network and Hardware Operational Project experience.

• Provide 1st and 2nd level support for all PC and Laptop hardware, printing and remote communications issues.

• Perform standard Desktop PC and Laptop Set-Ups

• Provide a robust telephone service to the Business. Liaise with 3rd Party switchboard maintenance engineers to resolve any issues and ensure ongoing maintenance. Maintain Telephone network.

• As part of a team, maintain administrative records e.g. User lists, IP addresses, the Computer Software Technical Library, software audit tool outputs etc. and own responsibility for topicality of lists where responsibility is allocated.

• Understand Business requirements for IT tools and procure compatible hardware, software and printer consumables from 3rd party suppliers.

QUALIFICATION
• BSC holder in a computer related course
• A+ certified
• Bonus if applicant is an MCSE holder

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE: (FIELDS OF EXPERIENCE)
