With regard to the recent public outcry that has greeted the State pardon granted to some convicted Nigerians and the call for Amnesty for Boko Haram, Many commentators have continued to ask, which is more tolerable?
Amnesty for Murder or State Pardon for Corruption.

murder as perpetrated by Boko haram elements is no doubt more grievous than corruption...because it involves blood shedding and termination of innocent lives prematurely which religions frown at.

there u are wrong ma brother. U can´t use ur right hand and beat ur son and then used ur left hand to give him sweets (only the devil does that ma guy and u are not him). So if we examine things closely we will see that granting amnesty for Boko haram and State pardon for the likes of Alams and his cohort boils down to the same thing,....a failed system. Mind u, I didn´t say a failed state or country b4 some of u decide its time to crucify drnoel. A failed system I mean is simple, cos the big question is what happened to the judiciary. Why a state pardon for a criminal like that, someone who stole billions of our hard earned money. What are we telling the world? U should see how it was reported in foreign tabloids: Nigeria pardons presidential ally (BBC), Nigeria pardons ex-governor who stole millions (MSN news) to mention a few. Tell me, what is the difference between someone who steal billions and someone who murdered people in the name of terrorism on his own countrz and people. People, there is no bleeping difference. If u say one difference could be one group killed but the other group only stole then i will ask u. What of the people that would later die from hunger and starvation (pensioneers), sickness (health care system) and/or under aged children that won´t go to school e.t.c due to the absence of the stolen money (salaries, hospotal bill, school fees) that should have been used to pay the bills. Do u still think that state pardon for corrupt looting of our money is better?

It is unfortunate that this dude feels money and lives are THESAME. While stolen money could be recovered or even replaced, life once leaked can never be replaced. Get a life and know that life is more precious.
Secondly, the @Op simply asked which is more tolerable? Let's not deviate. Life isn't the same as money.
