Our prestigious healthcare client is seeking a Senior OD professional to add to their organisational development team due to promotion. This position proactively manages the healthcare system's leadership and management programs, including assessing needs, innovating and planning solutions to address needs, designing and implementing improvements to existing programs, and tracking and reporting metrics. The position requires demonstrated ability to perform an internal consultancy role to assist organizational units

Interested candidates must:
*Be BSc/HND holder with @least 2years cognitive experience.

*Be able to work with little or no supervision.

*Base in Lagos State and its environs.

*Be ready to work from monday to saturday.
