dommakavelli:Birth certificate of (family member) in this case,I think it is referring to your immediately family(Your Spouse&Children) for those that are applying as married, whether the family member is travelling with you or not. I think it is out of range to req.siblings and Parents' birth cert when such dox may be in use by the owner itself, not readily available or even when any of them is not available or nearer to you. Ok what if we ain't in good term with such brova n sis? I applied as single with my birth cert. only. On the family composition form,I included Dad,Mum n my brova's name(without birth certs) so,no biggie. I stand to be corrected about by point though. |
Re: Travelling To Canada Part 4 by dommakavelli: 1:53pm On May 08, 2013 |
newacca: Yea, you're right, no big deal if u dnt av access to dere birth certs. N If you have u can put. Notin spoil. The general tin is, pple born b4 mid eighties does nt av NPC birth certs...so, i don't tink its a big deal if you don't have your family's birth cert. Especially if dey can't go tru d stress of getting attestion of birth. Afterall, CDHC does not expect you to disturb your pple cos u wanna travel. But if you're d main applicant, your birth cert is as important as your int'l passport. The best is Birth cert from NPC. |

Peeps pls help. I'm submitting my application tomorrow and I need help please. 1. Am I going to submit photocopy of every original documents including the letters addressed to CDHC like letter of sponsorship, letter of intent and reference letter from bank? 2. The checklist has really changed. No provision for submission of things like degree certificate, waec certificate, and some more. Will I still submit all these even though they were not asked for? Cos mehn, that checklist don too simple now. 3. No student questionnaire is provided any more. Does it mean I do not need to fill and submit any questionnaire form? Because if not that I had tried to apply before, I wouldn't have know there is something called student questionnaire is submitted with the application... I await ur replies |
