there's no way u use an android phone i mean all andriod not only tecno
and u did not turn off ur data connection and u expect ur phone not to run the internet.... the only solution i have for u is to go to settigs data usage and turn on data limit then u click on the app u see in the data. usage
scroll down u will see restrict background data that is the only solution i gat for u

Turning off background data is different from entirely turning off data connection!
Of course, when you turn off data connection on Tecno phones, it stops browsing too.

Yeah,U can use theme in ur Q1 cos am using some in my fone.
download launchers like "Go Launcher" or "ADW LAUNCHER" n use their themes. Though I prefer go launcher.
