How come African People's Congress(APC), claims it paid N1million for registration, when INEC is just proposing the N1million administrative fee for registration which is yet to take effect? "Mr. Ikeagwonu, who said APC had already paid the mandatory N1 million registration fee to the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), displayed copies of two receipts it paid for registration alongside a letter from the commission forwarding to it 20 copies of Form PA 1 for completion." premiumtimesng.com/metro/124848-rival-apc-african-peoples-congress-unveils-logo-secretariat.html www.thisdaylive.com/articles/leadership-of-controversial-african-peoples-congress-steps-forward/142249/ Hmmm! 1 Like |

I do not buy the idea that parties must have their national Headquarters in Abuja, they can choose to situate their HQ where-ever they like within the boundaries of the country. 2 Likes |
