Good evening doctors and informed people in the house. please i need a quick response!!!! My dad has a high BP and he has been hospitalized since monday, now the doctor says he has stroke and one part of his body is numb (arm and leg) now and his speech is slurred. Please people what is the fastest way to cure him? Orthodox or traditional way? do you know any where he can be treated/cured? your comment will be highly appreciated.

Sorry about the turn of events. Stick with the hospital but get a consultant specialist, like a neurologist to look in. It is well. With the right doctor and the grace of God, I know a number of people who had stroke and got total healing of their sides

Depending on the type of stroke. It might be surgery that will help.

Sorry about that....

A stroke (also called a cerebral vascular accident) occurs when a part of the brain stops receiving blood supply, either due to a clot (thrombus or embolus) or a ruptured vessel...

Strokes are usualy cured within the 1st 24hrs if prompt action is taken... But after 24hrs, prognosis reduces....

Well, I don't know how your doctor is managing your dad, but I may advice physiotherapy after recovery......

CHEERS!!!

well stroke is best treated with 30 min of the initial stroke, they would have to identify where the stroke took place and remove teh clot. If the time has elapsed the best cure is non physio therapy and occupational therapy he need to go to rehab.

Thanks people for your contributions. Do you think going to a general hospital say lasuth is advice-able? People are saying herbal approach is the best. How true is this?

Boss, don't even TRY going to a herbal centre, or making baba drink those stuff, they just worsen the prognosis.....

Lasuth is okay, if they won't go on strike again grin

In fact, any good hospital with sane doctors will do...

Lol @ Lasuth going on strike. Thanks bawz for the contribution. I think we should stick to orthodox for now. We are been asked to the MRI test/scan so they can know what type of stroke it is.

Thanks all for your contribution, I really appreciate
