Following the recent ban on tinted vehicles, this is a simple and cost effective way of removing factory tints. I just removed mine.
Step 1:use a flat screwdriver to peel the tint at the edge of the window, just a little.
Step 2:pour hot boiling water on the window slowly, while the window is being heated, carefully peel the tint off from the scratch u made with the screwdriver
(If any adhesives are left behind on the window, don't worry)
Step 3:soak a clean hand towel in very hot water, preferrably boiling water and use to clean the adhesives left behind, apply pressure while doing this.
Step 4:dazz all!
