Job Details
Key responsibiilities:
*. Consolidate daily sales data from field personnel
*. Enter sales, purchasing and inventory data into company financial software
*. Reconcile customer accounts with field sales team
*. Reconcile system stock balance with stock report from warehouse locations
*. Liaise with company bankers and reconcile bank statements
*. Prepare daily, weekly and monthly activity reports
*. Prepare weekly sales forecasts and cash flow analyses
*. Monitor customer credit limits and account receivables
*. Liaise with company vendors to facilitate fulfilment of purchase orders
Qualifications:
*. Maximum age of 30 years
*. OND/HND in Accounting or relevant field
Relevant Experience:
*. Minimum of 2 to 3 years post-NYSC experience as an accountant.
*. Preferably in a retail, distribution or FMCG organisation
Skills & competencies:
*. Proficiency in Quickbooks 2012 Accounting software
*. Expert knowledge and use of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, etc)
*. Good knowledge of statutory reporting standards
Personal attributes:
*. Self-disciplined and methodical with great attention to detail
*. Self-starter with excellent organizational skills
*. Fast learner with good analytical skills 0714
