I start

woman of honor - Okonji Iweala (Ex Nigerian finance minister)-For exposing obj's can of worm and for refunding a part of her "overpaid" salary(though ,not yet confirmed )

man of dishonor - Murice Iwuruwuru- For doing wuruwuru and mago mago at the last election.Some Nigerians are still suffering the effect

Men of dishonor - NEPA Management,for not resigning and leaving up to their reputation "never expect power always"
