1. Ridiculous new rules e.g. No more transfer of funds from current to savings account 2. Some Staff give wrong info 3. Staff (usually ladies) who discuss your account balance within your earshot 3. Rude & uncaring security at the carpark. But what I do like is getting up-to-date info on my transactions via email. |
