I activated the MTN 1GB data on my phone with N3500 on the 1st of March (the 1st time I would buy it),the data access is meant to expire today( 31st March.)
Before going to bed On the night of 30th March( yezterday),my account balance was N5200 and my data balance was 65MB.
On checking my balance this morning
, my calling credit had decreased to N1700 while data balance had risen to 1.06GB.MTN 'helped' me to activate another 1GB without my permission .On calling MTN customer care,I was told another 1GB was automatically activated (by MTN)and that there was nothing they could do about it.I asked the customer care agent why MTN did not inform customers about this automatic activation ,all she said was "we are sorry".She told me she would send me a code to stop the automatic activation,8hrs later I have not received any.
Now I ve been forced to buy 1GB of data which I never intended buying.

This guy has enough money nah. Since you didn't know what to do with your airtime, MTN assisted you by automatically renewing your data subscription.

FYI: MTN joined other networks last month(I think) in that automatic data rollover(renewal) system, though they didn't do much advertising about it.

Of all the cheap blackberry plans out there and free browsing tricks all over the internet, you actually spent N3500 for 1GB on internet in nigeria. Hmm, thats pretty awesome. too much money jare.

#####still flexing with my MTN unlimited browsing##### And no one should tell me thats its a lie or not working.
