After declaring his assets, he reversed presidential pardon for the former governor of bayelsa state. Also, Tony Anenih has been declared wanted for embezzling road management funds while serving as minister of works. in his braodcast, GEJ also declared that Patience Jonathan would henceforth submit her resignation as a permanent secretary in his home state, bayelsa. 'We cannot say we are fighting ghost workers in the civil service, while my wife is a ghost worker in my home state. It is time our leaders started living by example' he said. All former rulers of Nigeria (governors and past presidents) should also get ready to defend corruption allegations in court, as the attorney general has been mandated to open all old cases.
