Diet greatly affects our general appearance. An adequate or a balanced diet which includes fruits,cereals and vegetables provides vitamins and minerals which are essential for the firmness,glow and good condition of the skin,face and body in general and for a real beauty treatment from the inside out.And also not forgetting that a balanced diet is the best beauty treatment

THE SKIN

Many people try to solve the problem of oily,dry or any skin type by using products which are applied externally,without taking into consideration the fact that food we eat either build or destroys the cells of our body. Eating an abundant quality of fruits and vegetables which provides vitamin A and C such as tomatoes, carrot,avocados,lemon,limes.These fruits and vegetables are important for the building of skin cells,collagen and antioxidants.Collagen is a supportive protein fibre that improves skin's elasticity while antioxidants defends our body against free radicals which destroys the cells and DNA of the body.Collagen and antioxidants work hand in hand to give and maintain the beauty,firmness and youth of the skin.The elimination of foods over loaded with spice,abstinence from toxins( alcoholic beverages,cigarette,cocaine,caffeine)and replacing the use of animal fats with sunflower or olive oil will be sufficient to restore health to an abused skin and also improve the appearance of one's body inside out.

HAIR and NAILS

Hair and nails are body tissues,for this reason,a deficient diet may lead to broken fingernails with small white spots and dry colourless dull looking hair. Certain hair diseases such as dandruff,hair loss at times may be aggravated by diet lacking minerals such as iron,zinc,silicon,magnesium which are necessary for soft and shiny hair as well as resistant and well formed nails.We should have a diet rich in vitamins and minerals which maybe found mostly in fruits and vegetables such as potatoes, soy beans, cashew,spinach, almond , oranges, lentil,banana to obtain the result we want.Caution excess of these minerals can as well cause damage to the hair so they should be ingested with moderation.

THE EYES

The nutrition condition of person can sometimes be seen in the appearance of the eyes. Clear,shiny eyes with no redness ,no scales on the eye-lids are an indication of good nutrition. Here are deficiencies in vitamins(A and B2 ) that are perceived in the eyes:night blindness, falling and dryness of eyebrows,redness. Coloured vegetables such as carrots,tomatoes,pepper are a good source of vitamin A in the form of carotene (pro-vitamin).

SMILES

A smile is a sign of good nutrition and magnifies body beauty. Nevertheless,a smile may not be attractive if it does not reveal healthy teeth. To help teeth grow strong and well formed,it is necessary to combine 3 factors:periodic vigilance(vigilant on the type of food we let enter our mouths), hygiene(brushing regularly advisable 2 times in a day) and proper diet(healthy food). Foods rich in calcium such as dry fruits and milk,green tea,vegetables and fruits which contain vitamin A and C,onion,cheese and protein provide the needed ingredient to form healthy,strong,clean gum and teeth.On the other hand,food and drinks that are loaded with sugar are the worst enemies to the teeth for they favour the development of caries. Snacking between meals or eating in between meals is the prescription for getting cavities in your teeth

WEIGHT

Adequate weight is needed to maintain an attractive body and is an indication of correct diet and good health. In order to maintain weight within correct limits,it is well to base the diet on fruits,cereals and vegetables as well as doing physical exercises forty minutes every four days in a week.

To conclude,water should always be part of our daily life because without it the body can't function well since it constitute about 70% of our body mass.

Below are 8 decisive factors which would enable you attain that goal. And they include:

Eating

Eating is a habit that affects our health much more than anything else. Not only the kind of food but also the manner and time in which the food is eaten.Eating carelessly and at any time gives you a dull look,low energy levels,weight gain and even illness.So eating good food,avoidance of snacks,intake of enough fruits and vegetable can have positive effects on our body from the inside to the outside

Air

This is the most important element in the universe.One can live a few days without food but definitely cant live up to 5minutes without oxygen.Oxygen is necessary for food to be burnt in our cells to produce energy for living .It is important to breath well and deeply and most important to breath pure air. Always make sure that your place of work or bedroom are always well ventilated. Remember that when someone smokes in an enclosed area all those in that area smoke too hence passive smokers. Wakeup early each day as early as possible,go outside and take in a deep breathe. Always do this as it enables your brain and entire system to function properly.

Water

It the universal solvent of living matter given to us by nature .It is one of the most essential element to good health as it constitute about 70% of our body. Our body needs water to perform most functions and the organs that need water to perform effectively are as follows:

Kidney: needs water to filter the blood and eliminate unused substances from the body through urine.

Skin: needs water to remain hydrated,keep firmness and health.

Digestive system: uses water to ease the passage of faeces out of the body

The bone: to maintain it's elasticity and hardness.

Drop in the body's water supply causes dehydration,short term memory and difficulty in focusing on smaller points. Water is also needed for internal and external hygiene. Each day ensure to drink at least 6 glasses of water.2 as you wake up in the morning before breakfast as this helps to flush out all the accumulated toxins that piled up during the night.2 before lunch and 2 before dinner.Above all choose water to exotic drinks.


The Sun



This is one of the supply of daylight and the main source of light energy to the earth. It is important for the health because it facilitates the production of vitamin D in the skin. Vitamin D enhances the absorption of calcium in the intestines and bones. Deficiency of this vitamin in the body causes soft bones leading to deformity known as rickets.Ultraviolet radiation from the sun serves as disinfectant which destroys many pathogenic germs.


Physical exercises

Exercise is the fundamental to a healthy life because it helps the body function properly. Below are some of its functions

If we wish to have an active and healthy mind these substances should be avoided especially use of tobacco and alcoholic beverages which is the most unavoidable cause of disease through out the world today.

Good mental attitude

Always put to heart the habit of taking thing calmly,no matter the situation not worrying yourself how troublesome it may look.Don't hold grudges against yourself or others and above all,always think positively. All these are worth doing because a good mental disposition and peace of the spirit influences the functioning of our body and spirit


Rest

Regular rest is a good health habit and we should make sure that the rest we take is a restoring one.When we sleep the neuron cleanse themselves of metabolic waste which has accumulated during the day so a rest of 7-8hrs per night is required.
