Please I cant seem to log in into the wp-admin of my blog www.livinghealthyways.com .It tells me username invalid.I am very sure that the login details did not change.Please what can I do.Secondly,how to I add headers like;Recent comment,recent post,popular post etc to the side bars of my site www.livinghealthyways.com
All possible assistance are welcomed.

For the login: try to login into your cpanel and check the database if you are mistaking your username if it is a password issue you can request for change of password, below the login form.
For the header: You need to use widget this is under the appearance menu, just add the widget to the sidebar if your theme supports widget.

Hope you sorted it out though and please try and get a better design cuz wordpress is too dynamic for what you presently have on it.
