Likely one of those yahoo guys owns the car swapping the plate no with a government car to evade police.

I don't think it's a registered official car. The plate number may have been swapped with a private one just to deter policemen from stopping the ride or seeking 'egunje'/settlement - this is done especially if someone wants to embark on a long journey or an area known for too many police post... I know cuz I've done it before #Wise move

It may well be an official car the number plate says Presidency. I have seen many luxury cars and SUVs all supposedly government rides. Apparently no consideration is given whether the types of cars purchased with tax payers money are ostentatious or not, modesty in this regard is practically dead.

Toyota loving guy, you are wrong on this one! In Porsche's homeland of Germany, it would be a political suicide for a German politician using any Porsche models as an official car. Why should it be otherwise in a 3rd world Nigeria? We must learn to live within our means..
