The Education Minister, Ruqayyatu Rufa’I, said she has yet to be informed on any plan to scrap the National Examination Council, NECO, and the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examinations, UTME.

Ms. Rufa’i spoke at a meeting with the executives of the Academic Staff Union of Polytechnics, ASUP, in Abuja on Thursday.

if this is true,then Nigeria is truely a confused nation that is going no where. how can managing director not knowing what is going on in his /her territory?
