Abdul04: what is the simplest way of connecting Java application to a databaseThere is no simple way, there is just the way. You need to download the JDBC driver for the database type you are using. e.g mysql-java-connector for mysql db. add it to your class path and build. you should see sample code in regular beginner java texts. |
