Some of the administrators at the headquarters of the Indepentent National Electoral Commission, INEC, that are affected by the current shake-up have given an ultimatum to sue the commission, a top INEC official said.

Only 6 out of the 26 administrators at the headquarters endured the shake-up at the commission.

The official, who wanted anonymity, told the newsmen in Nigeria that whereas a number of the affected officers had accepted their faith, others had given an ultimatum to take the commission to court.
