Upgrade Model finishing
Upgrades are sold as separate contracts and provide our customers with choice of how their interiors are completed. Upgrades come as Sliver, Gold, Gold Classic, Platinum and Platinum Classic. Upgrades are usually paid for in cash. However in the event that the customer indicates interest and demonstrates ability to take a facility for an upgrade, Compera will make arrangement with one of its partner banks to provide one year facility.


Payment Plan
Provision has been made for different kinds of payment to make purchase easier.

Cash Option
Customers that pay outright cash for their units would be entitled to a special discount of 7.5% and can have their house completed within a 180 day period.

Installmental Payment
Customers in this category spread their payment over critical completion stages i.e. Foundation, Lintel, Roofing and Basic Finishing. This process would usually cycle out in 180 days.

Mortgage Option
Mortgages have being prearranged with our partner banks for customers that meet certain prequalification criteria. The minimum tenors are 10 years and the facility is available at prevailing market rates.

In all instances a minimum down payment of 20% is required, 10% pre construction and the balance 10% post construction. Customers are also free to source mortgages from their preferred banks.
