Send a mail to their customer care unit and lay your complain. Make sure you include your transaction reference and your Dssc application number. Thanks.

If the problem continues it's advisable to change ATM card except in a situation were they have deducted from your account and have given you transaction reference without pin, then you can contact their customer care line or email.

Pls help it keeps saying this;

Use visa card, firstly go to ATM machine insert your card press the change pin then press change i-pin and then key-in the new 4 pin different from your normal ATM PIN.
Go to the site again click on buy voucher select visa naira card key-in the ATM Card no, expiry date and vv2 no. Which is behind the card click buy then enter the i-pin. That's all.

Yes that's right. is call i-pin (that's is internet pin)without that pin you 'd not be able to perform online transaction.
