A ship holds 30 passengers in it, but unfortunately that ship hit an iceberg and plus the weather is horrible outside. The ship is on the verge of sinking, 2/3 of the passengers must leave in order for the remaining 8 to survive. As the captain of the ship who will you keep on board and how do you determine who stays?

I'll Select the most physically Fit,
Then those With Navigation Skills
Then Health Professionals.
I'll spread them into Three or four teams .
I'll leave behind on the ship, children and the most vulnerable, with a few capable hands to be rescued, while the rest will try to survive .
Hence am sending out those with the best chance of survival to try and do so!
Success here means the number of people that eventually survive
