The Edo State Independent Electoral Commission has conducted the local government election in Edo state.

I voted in Ward 1 Unit 1 in Akoko-Edo LG area of Edo state, although the materials didn't arrive on time, but however it arrived 4:00pm and we started accreditation and voting the same time no need of going home but we were through before 6:30pm.

As the collation of result is going on now, the question is that how was the election and what time did the materials arrive in you polling unit?

An election conducted by one of the best ACN government in Nigeria, in which PDP supporters were BOLDLY, I repeat BOLDLY calling for “One Man One Vote” leaves every thing in the whole wide world to be desired. Not so sure if that last expression is correct but what I am trying to say is the level of expectation was so high but what we saw can best be described as A SHAM and A CHARADE.

When you have a party that is full of the same old thieves (apart from the comrade Governor) that had been plundering the state for years still in power under a new name, that party will malfunction some where along the line.
