Configuraion, installation and troubleshooting of Cisco Switches & routers
Preventive and corrective maintenance of switches, routers & microwave-radio equipment
Preventive and corrective maintenance of vertical & horizontal network cable plant
Documentation and reporting of network-related services & devices

Requirements are:

B.Sc or HND in Computer Science, Allied Sciences or Engineering
CCNP or CCNA Certification
Minimum of 2 years work experience on LAN-related troubleshooting

2. UNIFIED COMMUNICATIONS ENGINEER

Job responsibilities are:

Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of Cisco Call/Communications Manager, Voice Gateways, Catalyst Switches & IP Phones
Preventive maintenance of Cisco UC devices
Preventive maintenance of horizontal & vertical network cable
Documentation and reporting of network services

Requirements are:

B.Sc or HND in Computer Science, Applied Sciences or Engineering
CCVP or Cisco IP Telephony Specialist certification
Minimum of 2 years work experience (1 year hands on with Cisco UC)

3. SECURITY DESIGN (pre sales) SPECIALIST

responsibilities are:

He will be responsible for the design, presales and defense of Cisco, Checkpoint & identity security solutions
Support the sales team in closing profitable, technically viable deals.
