@CORDROSS, i've answered u; @alabijohn no hidden cost as earlier mentioned, just come with your own land agreement from your personal lawyer and witnesses and it will be duly signed, no more no less and you can arrange me for inspection anytime after 4pm or anytime after 10am on Saturdays.
