I don't think its a permanent hair-do. I think its just something he did to go with his golden coloured costume. Perhaps for a photo shoot or video recording session.

On the flip side, i think its really cool ( No Homo)!!!

hey please oooo,everybody please dont mind this one ooo.she is not the one doing these,am sure it was her fingers that did.i just dont know,is a must to open a thread,some people would just paste anything they find across the internet and put some trash comments on them,all on the name of opening a thread.
that is not kells new look,am a true fan,and maybe she is an hater,am sure most of the people here have watched the video'hair braider'? this particular look was shot on the third verse,and its not permanent,it was just made specially for that video.
kells had a trial after the making of that video,this is the pics,that was took after he was found not guilty by the jury.
so,am sure anybody here that is much calculative,would know this is not his new look,with this explanation.
