Work is at advanced stage at the much talked about Refinery Road Warri. The Contractors to the project ARC Construction Limited assured the Delta State Governor Dr Emmanuel Eweta Uduaghan during an inspection tour of the project. The Governor urged the contractors to speed up work before the rains set in.
