Steps: TIPs & WARNINGs :-
1}Enter the pageant. Find a pageant that you qualify for and apply. There are many of pageants open to different contestants.

 2}Remove unwanted body hair by waxing. Do this several days before the pageant--close enough to the pageant date that the hair doesn't start growing back, but not so close that your skin is still visibly irritated or red from the waxing. Wax the bikini lines, armpits, legs and mustache.
 
3}Whip your body into shape by eating healthy and exercising.
 
4}Get a pageant coach or manager to teach you skills and ways to walk, act, and look throughout a pageant.

 5}Choose an appropriate skill to practice and demonstrate and to highlight your talent. Freestyle rap is an example of something that would probably NOT go so well with the judges.

 6}Prepare a Pageant Kit which should include essentials such as: Cupcake dress, curling iron, extra jewelry, false eyelashes, fake nails and nail glue, wig & foam head for wig when not in use, flipper, glue gun and glue sticks, hair straightener, hairspray, hot rollers, makeup, sewing kit, shoe covers, skin shimmer/body glitter, and a hair piece or extensions (a wiglet)
 
7}Most of the items listed above are optional, but in most cases well used.

 8}Choose your attire carefully: For the swimming suit, choose a solid colour, or black. One piece or two piece are both acceptable. Wear at the most four inch heels, and use Butt-glue so everything stays in place. A great alternative to butt glue is spray-on craft adhesive..
For the evening gown, wear something that will reflect your personality, and fits you very well.
