Pls I use blackberry bold 2. I subscribed for blackberry complete but can't ping. Edge is not displayed in uppercase. Though I can surf the internet, but I can't ping, appworld is not connecting, help me pls |

My brother relax, it does like that atimes on subscribing afresh for a new bb plan. I will advice you call their customer care and they will tell you what to do. A friend of mind experienced thesame thing last weekend and it was solved by their customer care. |

there's nothing u can do im afraid! cos ma brofa xperienced d same tin just yestaday...somtimes twitter will work, browser will not work, watsapp will work opera will not work....Dey told him to do a hard reset bt no show! |

Mine is some how different cos i cant surf the internet . Nothing is working. |
