I believe that the church is being sexist when they don't let women be priests. I guess Jesus said that it doesn't matter what your age, race, or gender is.
Everyone is the same! Just because you're a man, it
doesn't mean that you can preach better than women can. BTW, there is a saying, what a man can do, a woman can do better..

I am a guy, I want to be a reverend sister but was no accepted by any convent...is this sexism?

Yes the church is being sexist just as Jesus was when he selected 12 apostles and non of them was a woman, though it was women who were supporting his ministry financialy.
