Hi i'm using Nokia Lumia 510, i want you guys to share your experiences using windows phone, and what application can be best used with the phone. How do you rate windows phones, u comments wud be greatly appreciated.

I use trophy 7.5 windows phone from htc.
Its a great phone.
u will enjoy it if u know how it works.
Always go to "market place" for all ur apps and games.

Nokia lumia aint bad, but to be honest the OS is rather restrictive and there arent many useful Apps for the platform. It has potential, but microsoft has to really improve the user experience by the next major update.

I just got the lumia 720 yesterday running on windows phone 8. I love it so far, after using an iPhone for the last 4 yrs. I've downloaded the usual social media apps; for me it has most of the apps I actually find useful so I'm very pleased!

Battery life is impressive;; for example yesterday I think it lasted well over 12 hrs after being fully charged (i fully charged it arnd 1pm or so and didnt have to recharge until abt 6am today when it was about 16%, i used it until abt 4am) I was doing a lot of browsing, downloading apps, playing around with the phone generally, music, calls, texts... I connected to the Internet via wifi don't If using 3G would make a difference.
Right now I haven't used it that much apart from twitter and FB and it's on 98% since this morning's charge.

Anyway, I'd like to download a few games like Spiderman and Modern Combat, but it keeps asking for my credit card details. Is there any way to buy these games for someone who doesn't have a credit card?

I was able to use my GTbank (debit) MasterCard.

i am ready to dump my samsung galaxy s2 for lumia 720....android battery suck on browsing. I hope this lumia battery last long on using the internet
