What makes it impossible to get the picture, is it too remote and out of the way?

In this age of smartphones, you can take pictures and store when you first go and see properties or don't even physically see these properties before you advertise them?

I don't advertise un seen properties,a new developed area doesn't require getting a snap for it cos it looks like a normal developing site.I will advise you not to buy land from anybody without proper inspection.requesting for pictures doesn't mean anything genue to me cos anybody can always snap any farm land and send it you.this is not a house contract.its a land.you need to see what you are buying.

Of course I won't buy unseen stuff. But it has happenned that when I sent someone to view a property at one location, the person was taken to an entirely different loaction and the discription didn't match what was advertised.

Imagine a building supposedly at lintel level, this one was barely beyond foundation level, and no other development far and wide instead advertised one with several buildings supposedly springing up on same street..
