Job Description
The successful candidate will create awareness of the company’s products and develop new distribution channels. He/she will implement strategic Marketing plans, write business proposals, give presentations before our prestigious clients. He/she will also be required to give excellent customer service to customers.

Requirements
- A first degree in any discipline, MBA is an added advantage
- Professional qualification is also an added advantage
- Practical Working Experience in a Leasing Organization.
- A minimum of 8years relevant experience(From A Financial Institution)
- 4 years MUST be in a managerial position(from a financial institution)
- Good communication skills
- A passion for customer service
- Good administrative skill
- Ability to work without supervision.

Roles and Responsibilities
• Staff supervisory & mgt
• Credit appraisal of leases review / approval of accounts/transactions market corporate, consumer, operating lease and fund placement
• Debt / credit recovery credit appraisal of leases-review / approval of accounts/transactions
• Monitoring and execution of facilities granted
• relationship management
• weekly activity report
• Drawing up business strategies
• Structuring promotional events & handbills taking direct staff on refresher courses internally
• Coordinating successful & productive group marketing sustaining vendor/client relationship
