Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC) Kano state council of the on today 1st may, cancelled the workers day rally as a means of putting security measures in place due to the security challenges confronting the state.


The state Chairman of the Labour congress, Comrade Isa Yunusa Danguguwa said “we are celebrating in a low profile, with a limited number of workers representations, without match pass parade as it was normally done in the previous years”.
