pls mod i am currently addressing a letter to a potential employer and i will be submitting it before 45 mins,pls help push it to the front page cos i need to read people's suggestion to aviod making mistake of my life.

and also how compulsory is it to write a cover letter attaching your cv even when you are not asked to.

Graduate Trainee - Uv been given an offer to be trained in the organisation but u are not yet a full staff.

Entry Level - Uv been given an offer as a full staff . . possibly under a 6months probation b4 confirmation . .depending on the company I guess. Based on the grade levels in the Org, this is the 1st level.

As per cover letters, some companies/HR consultants insist on having same. U must provide it. Where it is not mandated, then u may choose to ignore it and just upload d CV esp when there rily isnt a provision for it. When u r submitting a hardcopy, cover letter is not necessary. (xcpt ofcourse its demanded ab-initio).
