Good effort there. Dont be discouraged by whatever anyone say.You might not be the best RENDER BOY but you could be excellent in the real design, and the 3d is not bad for display.I have seen great firms with worse 3d; i know a hot firm at abuja but none of its staff can do any 3d like the one you have posted. After all,you could better your rendering anytime. The design knowledge you have already is worthwhile. Keep it up!

dis are just revit renderings.....I do sketch up vray rendering.....am advertising design quality and not rendering....my goal is to help pple who want to design and build...I do renderings for firms...I don't wqnt to upload pics dat wkd make luk too expensive

youre one of the fools spoiling the profession. bungalow 50k! duplex 70k!haba! na tomato! anyways, its not your fault. if not for cheap ass nigerians who in the search for the cheapest shortest means of getting tins employ people like you to design a collapse prone building for them. I feel the mods should realise it is unethical to advertise professional architectural services. same way you wont find an hospital advertising there abortion services. but alas they re to busy making sure tonto dike and shaved heads are trending.

like seriously, u re not NIA...wats ur headache on my fee...d lowest fee have done for bungalows is 80k...didn't u read where I said dere is a change in fee for increase in design brief...dats just a minimum fee for d smallest design u can eva want only if I will be employed for construcion...don't think u can spit at me..I know pple like u, you don't have any built design..u feel money is made in design...wake up bruv
