For Senegal, it is a french speaking country, Gambia an English speaking country, Cape Verde is a Portuguese speaking country. One thing is common about this three countries they are all in West Africa, which means they are closer to home - Nigeria You do not need much paper work to enter Senegal and Gambia since they are all Ecowas countries, with your international passport or Ecowas passport you can easily enter this countries by the land border or airport border. But that of Cape Verde, you will need a visa to enter Cape Verde. This can be done at the Cape Verde Embassy in Senegal. I think they use to give visa on arrival at their airport in Cape verde but I do not know how it apply to Nigerians. I think Cape Verde is a country that has some european standard in terms of their standard of living. But do you speak, write or understand Portuguese language. This is necessary for you to have an easy start. For Senegal, do you understand, write or speak french? I think Gambia, an English speaking country, should be okay for you if you are the type that can not speak French or Portuguese. 1 Like |

cape Verde is also an ecowas country and you can stay there visa free for up to three months as a Nigerian. cape Verde would be my prefer destination out of the list though, but the language would be a barrier 1 Like 1 Share |

Cape Verde is not visa free to Nigerians. You need a visa to enter the Island. But citizens of UK, USA and other Europeans states who for one reasons or the other are unable to apply for a travelling visa back in their home country before their departure can apply for a visa on arrival as soon as they land at their airport in Cape Verde. But this opportunity are not open to Nigerians. Please check this website for details: www.capeverdebureau.com/ |

my man i think u should think twice about this journey, cape verdians dont like nigerians much due to what our boys did in the 90s my two brothers lived ib gambia for like 7years before been able to leave.gambia is a tough terrain although u will see lots of whites there it aint easy.senegal is the toughest with no french knowlege .i will advise u to take ur time in ghana and try to get a dubai WORK VISA not tourism that is stil better but if u wanna go still the road is all clear for u |
