Exactly! If I was him I'd invest in land, or gold. Cars would eventually grow old as new models are being introduced by the day. But land and especially gold remain immortal. There was a time, about two decades ago, the houses at dolphin estate were selling for 200k, it was the same price with the latest model of the mercedes during that period. Now you should be getting those houses for nothing less than 20 million naira, while that mercedes should be, well... The only old cars that sell big are classic cars, and by the time that car can be called classic is when wizkid would be wizdead.
No beefing though, the dude should enjoy his life, but he shouldn't get too carried away and forget the future.
