1. Asset & Leasing Officer:

Lease, acquire and dispose properties/premises for a financial institutions and its entities.
Purchase of property for branch network expansion.
Retain existing third party tenants, and ensure they contribute to the overall profit margin.
Ensure that the property is well maintained in conjunction with facilities department.
University degree in Estate Management or Legal degree.

2. Manager (Consumer Insights):

New product development.
Consumer Insight.
Liaison with stakeholders to get the product to market with targeted time.
Execute below-the-line activities for the brands/products and evaluate performance against activity objectives.
B.Sc. (2.2) Food Technology preferred.
5-8 yrs experience, at least 3 must be in product research/consumer insights.

3. Brand Manager:

Leading the strategic planning process for the assigned brands based on key consumer insights to enhance current portfolio and improve communication with consumers.
Involvement in the development of the company’s long term planning that identifies new business opportunities, markets and partners.
Working closely with distribution partners and Marketing Research companies to obtain relevant information, including the development and implementation of brand audit studies and focus groups.
Monitoring and analyzing business performance vis-à-vis business goals (awareness, share, consumer diagnostics, profitability, etc.) and the competition.
Implementing the marketing plans by working with internal and external suppliers to deliver in a timely manner and on budget.
Coordinating the development of communication materials such as catalogues, websites, brochures, packaging and in-store displays.
5 yrs experience, at least 3 must be in marketing/sales.

4. OND Upper Credit graduates: Candidates must be between 27-33 years with OND Upper credit certificate in any discipline.
