In Shagari's time it was Umaru Dikko, today it's Peter Odilli. We have to change the Mentality of the Populace; all Leaders were normal citizens at some point in Time.

can you please tell me how to change people's minds when there are no punishments for bad actions. i once worked in company that was concessioned by FG. before the take over by the new coy indiscipline was the order of the day nothing worked.after the take over the retained workers wanted to continue as usual but by the time almost a third were fired people sat up now the company is running well.the same people but different regime different laws and regulations.MTN GLO and co re based in Nigeria with mostly Nigerian workers and yet they are all working well. then you will ask what went wrong with Nitel? When PHCN is privatized. will the workers come from heaven? na same Nigerians

Someone who takes vengeance by murder is guilty and should be punished but if he was lead to the position by a system that guaranteed it will happen again punishing him doesn't do much for society, he can and should be punished but priority goes to fixing the system. These people are big and powerful, they will of course resist and make no mistake about it they can put up a good fight, that would be time and resources better spent fixing Nigeria. I don't mind if they get away with it if it means I can guarantee in the future things will be done better, fixing Nigeria is more important than punishing people who misbehaved because it encouraged them to.
