Rayscell: i cannot find the sdext folder i only see sdext2 folder and link this folder option iw not there, i`m using tecno p3

Elegale I thank you for opening this thread. Could you please give a detailed tutorial on how to partition tecno android n3 sdcard with minitool? I've tried several times but the outcome is always :damaged sdcard. Then I have to 4mat.Guess I'm doing it wrong. Please help. Thanks.

After much searchin n trials,I've finally done it.But I used Aparted 4 partitionin.Makes partitionin easy as pie.MiniTool just kept givin me a damaged card.Aparted is available 4 FREE on play store(think it's a new app) n it's awesome.Root explorer can also b found 4 free @ www.sharemobile.ro.
Now d only thing u nid a pc 4 is 2 back-up ur sdcard.Biggest thanks 2 the bestest guy elegale for d tut.Also tanx 2 Aparted I just said gudbye 2 low internal memory on my n3

After following this tutorial, i discovered that all my apps are now on the SD card instead of the 2nd partition. I'll like to know if i can use link2SD to link those apps to the 2nd partition or i should just leave them on the SD card? Thank you.

Thanks Elegale, Valboy et al. I finally did it after 3 trails and factory reset. But there's one thing now, my phone lags a lot. I can't even enjoy WhatsApp, talkess of games which I have not installed because of this slow speed. If I can't play games then what's the point of using the phone. What can I do to reduce the lagging and increase speed as this low internal memory ish has been solved thanks to you. Expecting your reply in earnest. Thanks again.

should i 'move' or 'copy' those four folders to the ext folder. i tried 'moving' them the first time, then i couldnt see anything in the /data folder and my phone started displaying several errors that i had to do hard reset. i'm back nw and pls clarify me so i dont make same mistake.

i think the root explorer i have isn't that good. downloaded it from a site after googling, v2.14.2.
after copying the app, app-private etc folders to the ext folder, i couldn't see any "link to this folder" option after long-pressing app. same 4 other folders.
plus my ext folder is sdext2 instead of sdext as indicated by our tutor, elegale.
Is there something i didn't do right? cos i followwed all the instructions to the letter, except that i couldn't download root explorer from play store since its not free. pls help. thanks.

hi guys, after several trials, failures and hard resettings, it seems it has worked! but please i need confirmation. my internal storage is nw showing me 1.1MB used, 174 MB free for Tecno p3. does it mean it has worked? cos i've got a lot of apps installed on phone memory.

bro, Sorry 4 d late response.
i saw ur previous comment. i think ur problem is d version of root explorer u have. older versions Don't have d 'link to this folder' option. i had same problem wit v2.14.2 that i downloaded from a site (root xpl ain't free on Google play). i later got a newer version from sharemobile.ro and after installation, i was able to see the option and every other thing was easy.

but sincerely, i didn't enjoy d internal memory increase @ all... cos many things started malfunctioning, and ultimately, i had to go back to factory setting. but try it and see first. if it works fine 4 u, pls lemme know. maybe i made some mistakes...!

i partitioned ma p3 through cwm,(as u guys know everything in memory card is deleted while partitioning including recovery image and zip update file)i want to know if CWM is still installed or i should install again
