After scoring 127 goals, playing in three World Cups, and being the only English soccer player to be celebrated in four countries, David Beckham is hanging up his boots.
David, 38, said that now is the “right time” to finish his career, after two decades of playing soccer and collecting 115 caps. The sports world has lost a hero.

“I’m thankful to PSG for giving me the opportunity to continue but I feel now is the right time to finish my career, playing at the highest level,” he told the Daily Mail.
