At first I was skeptical, I had read the rant on the internet and all the conclusion was that Windows 8 was an epic failure, a massive flop. I tried not believe all of it and I tried also not jump into the Windows 8 ship. The scar that Windows Vista left was still very fresh in my memory.


Eventually I braced up and decided to try the OS, I got a new hp laptop with the baby pre-installed, I quickly ran the complete installation and in few minutes Windows 8 was right in front of my eyes. It was quite different; lovely interface, the tiles, the brilliant colors. Everything was just perfect. My only problem encountered was when I decided to shut-down for the first time. I agree with you entirely, W8 is better than W7 in most ways. People are bogged down into W7 and/or carried away by the negative press. I collect and try OS', but found that I like W8 as it is. With W7 I was always looking for fonts tweaks and third party applications. Dualbooting has made the differences stark. It is like moving from digital colour (W8) to black and white colour (W7). I am going to uninstall W7 and replace it permanently with Ubuntu and run W7 in V-Box.

pls, i've download V-box but i don't know how to use it to run os, a simple step to it will be helpful, thank you in advance
