You might have watched his video on youtube or CNN-he's the teenage Cancer patient who took the world by storm with his single : "Clouds". A song he wrote as a way to say goodbye to his family and friends.
He died this morning surrounded by family and his girlfriend, according to a CaringBridge post by Zach's mother. He was 18

The catchy tune inspired countless tributes and covers, including a celebrity video -- a "Clouds" cover that People magazine says "could easily be the most moving celebrity shout-out of all time."

Dozens of stars are featured in the video, which airs on the SoulPancake YouTube channel of Rainn Wilson, known for his role in the television show "The Office." Among them: Bryan Cranston, Sara Bareilles, Colbie Caillat, Mark Duplass, Anna Faris, Jenna Fischer, Ed Helms, The Lumineers, Jack McBrayer, Jason Mraz, Phillip Phillips, Sarah Silverman and Ashley Tisdale.

Zach Sobiech died the way he lived -- with grace, strength, love and joy.
