Please,can someone that has obtained his NYSC discharge certificate after completion of his first degree be required to serve again after completion of another first degree from a different university.Can such person apply for an exemption letter stating that he has served before? |

You can't serve twice, even if you attend 70 universities (for first degree). I know exemption is for those who are above the required age or not eligible to serve. |
