Aero Contractors last flight from Owerri to Lagos has been cancelled. The organisation did not deem it fit to explain in details why the flight was cancelled they were busy reschedulling or refunding people their money. I have a midnight flight tonight and I just don't know what to do.Do we have lawyers who can take this up for me. |

chikejude: Do we have lawyers who can take this up for me. There's nothing to take up I'm afraid. Flights get delayed, flights get cancelled. Aero's responsibility is to rebook affected passengers on to alternative flights. If this isn't acceptable to the passenger, then Aero is required to provide refunds. You say that this is happening, so Aero are playing by the rules. You don't have any further claim - refer to the conditions of carriage (specifically Article 9). |
