The Peoples Democratic Party has suspended the Rivers State governor, Rotimi Amaechi, from the party. The PDP stated this after an emergency meeting of its National Working Committee on Monday. Mr. Amaechi was recently elected chairman of the Nigeria Governors Forum against the wish of the PDP. |
