360command: Bacteria infected! Get some antibiotics.

That's too vague! So she's supposed to self-medicate with different antibiotics? For how long?
@swtxt
Why not seek a medical opinion. Looks like an allergic reaction to me.

This definitely is a fungal infection medically termed Tinea unguium. Would have prescribed topical ointments like Clotrimazole, Miconazole or drugs like Griseofulvin but it's best you seek medical attention and be quick about that to avoid those nails being denatured.

The worst thing about this infection is that it doesn't pain. You will cut your entire nails off but won't feel any pain.
@op, please see a Doc.

@op, although tinea unguium is not rare, developing them as suddenly as you describe is of concern. You need to check that your immune status is normal and also that your blood glucose is normal. That said, stop soaking in Dettol, it will only make it worse as dettol is bactericidal but not fungicidal. If your immune system is normal, topical antifungal may do but you need to use for months. I think you should get treated with medical supervision i.e. see a/your doctor ASAP! Email me if you need more advice/guidance.
