Pls how long does it take to convert your R OF O to a C OF O in abuja? If the R of O checks out at Agis, is it adviceable to buy?

am not too certain on the duration, but is something i can find out. yes you can buy a property after u conduct a search and the search report comes out be it c of o or r of o.
