LR is indeeed a scammers tool but a good online payment tool, so-many nigerians i know have gone out of business since the disapperance of www.libertyreserve.com i wish they had an insurance.......................
too bad up next is www.perfectmoney.com, www.payza.com, www.okpay.com, www.egopay.com, www.solidtrustpay.com....
i tell people who do online business dont put all your eggs in a basket but .... bank wire is a good and guaranteed but slow, expensive, difficult......way
